Today, the delivery guy dropped off my latest box of wines. I've heard so much about one of them, and I can't wait to try it! I love when the unexpected surprises my palate.

Pairing wine and cheese requires so much exploration. Makes every bottle feel like an adventure, doesn't it?

I always have a charcuterie board ready when I open a new bottle. Makes it more festive, don't you think?
