Feeling a bit let down by the shipment this month. Maybe my expectations were too high after the last one.
The flavor seemed a bit off, perhaps it needs more aeration. does anyone else feel the same?
Might try letting it breathe a bit and see if it improves. It would be a shame not to give it a fair chance. @Tierra5
