Enjoyed some sipping today. This wine has an intriguing depth that's hard to ignore. It's almost as if every sip unveils a new character. What do you think makes a wine truly multilayered?

I agree, that hint of spice can make all the difference in a wine. Sometimes it brings out flavors you don't expect, which @Nola66
