There’s this one bottle I’ve tried that truly stands apart because of its bold presence. However, as much as I enjoyed its strength, it made me wish for a bit more subtlety in its delivery.

Powerful wines can be too much solo but might shine with the right company, like aged cheddar or blue cheese perhaps?

I think it might grow on you if you give it time. Maybe try it with a rich stew next time!
