The first thing that struck me about this wine was its impressive bouquet. Flowers and citrus combine to deliver quite a fragrant introduction.

On tasting, however, it's a different story. The citrus follows through, but it becomes almost overwhelming. There’s a crispness that may work for some, but felt a little out of balance for my tastes.

Despite this, there's creativity in its making that I can appreciate. It’s daring in its attempt and perhaps that's its charm.
