Last week I sipped on a wine that seemed to have lost its balance. The acidity was overpowering and seemed to clash with its supposed fruity bouquet.
However, it wasn't all bad. The aftertaste had a hint of spice, which was rather enjoyable, although it couldn't save the overall experience.
