Cracked open a new vintage, and it was a bit of a rollercoaster. Initially, there was excitement, with berry notes jumping out of the glass. But as it settled, it felt a bit confused. @Ignacio35
Mid-palate, the flavors seemed to wrestle rather than harmonize. I could pick out raspberry and plum, but they didn't feel integrated, like they had a mind of their own.
Maybe it's just a young wine needing time or perhaps my palate is rusty. Would be curious to hear other thoughts on such experiences.
