Today, I received my wine shipment and realized I might have a knack for blind tastings. After a few sips, I can sometimes guess the varietal correctly. Does anyone else practice their skills like this, or am I the only wine nerd here?
Blind tasting is so rewarding in connecting you to flavors. It's like training your palate. I find it not just fun, but educational. Double win!
