Wine shipment day is here again, and it's like having an array of new friends to get to know. Remembering the distinct character of each bottle is a challenge but also part of the fun!
I got a few beautiful reds and whites this time. Reds don't always get along with everyone I know, but these seemed promising. White wines are my versatile go-to, but anyone else notice how they change dramatically with temperature?
