Finally received my latest shipment and I have to say, I'm thrilled! This one includes a selection that promises some unique tasting notes, which is exactly what I was hoping for. Any recommendations on the best pairing for a light-bodied option?
It's always refreshing when you're looking forward to trying something new, and this lineup definitely doesn't disappoint. I'm curious about aging one of these bottles. Does anyone have experience with letting them sit for a few years before opening?
