Does anyone else have a ritual for savoring their first bottle from a new shipment? I always make sure to savor the first glass quietly, just enjoying the new flavors.
This time, one of the whites was surprisingly elegant. A perfectly balanced hint of citrus. It's a keeper for sure! I'm curious how others are liking their whites this month.
