Opened my wine delivery today and this white is really surprising! The first sip left me intrigued with its unexpected hints of citrus and minerality.
I'm usually more of a fan of reds, but there's something captivating about this one. Maybe @Wellington_Herma
Thinking of trying it out with a herb-crusted chicken. Something about the combination of herbs and citrus seems like a fresh venture. Any thoughts?
