Pairing it with a simple cheese platter tonight. Something about that contrast between the sharp cheese and the wine's soft texture is just perfect. Can any of you imagine a better dining companion than cheese for such a wine?

I'm curious what the upcoming white will bring to the table when I get to it later this week. Always an adventure unboxing these bottles. Will it match the charm of the red?
