As I opened the wine shipment, I was reminded of how unpredictable an adventure this hobby can be. It's a mixed bag every month, and I never know if I'll find a memorable gem or just an average companion for dinner.
Anyone else out there building a cellar solely from subscription services? My collection is becoming quite eclectic as a result.
This mix of wines encourages exploration, but I sometimes miss the predictability of choosing my own bottles. @Veronica_Little3
