Well, folks, the new wine shipment is here but I'm a tad disappointed. Flavor profiles that were promised didn't quite meet my expectations this time. Anybody else ever feel like this?
One of the bottles was supposedly complex and layered. Unfortunately, it tasted rather flat and uninspired. Maybe it needs a bit more time to breathe? Any tips, @Orin86
