Cabernet Franc has been surprisingly underrated in my opinion. I opened a 2016 vintage over the weekend, and I was blown away by its vibrant flavors and smooth finish. Anyone else a fan?

Tried it with a rich beef stew. The match was perfect—the wine's acidity balanced the richness of the stew beautifully.
