Spending a weekend exploring some local wineries was the best decision ever. The variety of the local reds was amazing, each with its own unique bouquet and undertones. My palate is still buzzing from the range of flavors.
I was particularly impressed by a 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon from a small, family-owned vineyard. The depth of flavor and the oaky finish were just perfect. Makes me want to explore more family-run operations going forward.
