I’m curious if anyone has dabbled with milk chocolate pairings. I hear a lot of differing opinions on whether sweet or dry wines work better. Thoughts?

I’ve stuck with dark chocolate pairings mostly but now I’m intrigued about trying white chocolate. Do you think a Chardonnay might be too buttery for it? @Esteban1
