A hilarious incident occurred during my last wine night—right out of a sitcom. We were trying to be all classy with a bottle of Merlot, but the cork snapped in half. Cue the frantic Googling for solutions! Pro tip: Always have a spare corkscrew.
Eventually, one of the guests managed to salvage the evening with a homemade wine filter. At that point, it was more about the company than the wine itself. Anyone else have a funny wine mishap story?
