Choosing a wine at a restaurant can sometimes feel like a test of one's knowledge, but it shouldn't be. The key is to have a few go-to options that you know you'll enjoy.
Having a solid understanding of wine basics definitely helps, but sometimes going with what the sommelier suggests can lead to delicious discoveries.
