Ever notice how certain dishes just demand a specific wine? Last night, a friend prepared lamb and paired it with a Syrah that made the spices pop beautifully. I think @Rory_Rohan


I’ve been trying to perfect my pairing skills and experimenting in the kitchen. Anyone got tips or tricks from their experiences? I’ve heard that starting with regional pairings is a good approach.

When it comes to lamb, I often reach for a Pinot Noir, but Syrah sounds intriguing. I might have to try that! Thanks for sharing your experience!
