I'm intrigued by how different oak barrels can change the taste of wine. It's fascinating, isn't it?

Does anyone know of a wine that uses both? I'd love to taste how those influences blend together.

I prefer American oak. The subtler, creamy notes are my personal favorite.

I think the hybrid approach is the best of both worlds. But I'm still learning like everyone else!
