Open question to all wine enthusiasts: If you could only drink a single type of wine for the rest of your life, what would it be and why? My pick has to be a good vintage Barolo—those earthy notes and complex flavors always get me.

I remember @Vella91

Barolo is known for its depth and complexity, almost like it evolves with each sip. Anyone else gets that sensation from another wine?

Also, for those who have picked a favorite wine, how do you incorporate it into your meals or celebrations? Barolo makes a regular appearance at my holiday dinners, pairing wonderfully with richer dishes.

I’m with you on Barolo, especially when it’s been aged for a while. Those tertiary aromas are something else.
