What are everybody's go-to snacks to pair with a good Merlot? Looking for new ideas beyond the usual cheese and crackers.
I've been exploring dark chocolate pairings lately. The richness complements the depth of a good Merlot quite nicely. Would love to hear if anyone has other creative pairings.
