How do you feel about organic and biodynamic wines? I've noticed more and more people are getting into them recently, probably due to their more sustainable approach.

Would you say they taste different than conventional ones, or is it more about the philosophy behind them?


I've tried a couple and found the flavor profile slightly unique, but not drastically different in most cases.

Anyone feel strongly about this topic? Curious to hear your thoughts.
