Do you think over time it might develop more interest, or is it set in its ways? Once met a winemaker who swore some bottles just needed patience.

This wine exudes a classic elegance but lacks a bit of complexity I was hoping for. Solid base components there, yet something seems amiss.
Makes a good introduction, especially for those new to this style, but leaves aficionados wanting more.
