Wine tasting reminds me of storytelling. Each bottle shares a unique narrative with the taste buds, filled with nuances and surprises that keep me returning to learn more. Does anyone else feel this way or am I just a romantic?

Interestingly, the longer a wine is aged, the more you can discern its tale. That's my opinion anyway. I've had some truly unforgettable evenings sipping and savoring stories told across decades. Many wines today don't seem to have the same intrigue for me honestly. Occasional diamonds, but often lacking depth.
