I find wines like this lean towards being universally palatable, especially among mixed company. Anyone else felt that way?
Sounds like the kind of wine that's great for a relaxed dinner where the food's the star, maybe not the drink. Some friends love that sort of balance.

Wouldn't rush to buy it again, but wouldn't turn it down either if offered. It's that kind of middle-of-the-road choice.
