Today was the day I finally dug into my wine delivery box that's been against the wall for a few days. There's something oddly satisfying about cutting through the tape and revealing what's inside.

It's amazing how a delivery of wine can brighten up an otherwise normal day. The anticipation of uncorking a fresh bottle just fills me with a sense of novelty every time.
I was also pondering how each bottle reflects the personality of its maker. I'm curious if anyone else picks up on this sort of thing when they taste. Let me know what @Bartholome61
