Ever get a wine in your shipment that you can't quite figure out how to pair? That's me with the new addition this month. It's a bold red with a hint of spice, and I'm scratching my head over pairing ideas.


Anyone tried pairing spicy reds with cheese? I am thinking about a strong cheddar or maybe gouda. Any advice @Wilhelm_Streich7


The wine smells incredible, like berries and pepper, but I'm hesitant. Maybe it's more of a hearty stew kind of wine. Cooking recommendations, anyone?
