It's getting to be that sweater weather time again, and you know what that means: time to open the reds! I was just in our local wine shop and picked up a beautiful Cabernet Sauvignon. Who else is excited to bring their reds out of the wine fridge?
I always think there's something extra comforting about a glass of red when the temperature starts to drop. It's like a hug in a glass. Plus, I find that the rich flavors of a good red pair perfectly with all the hearty fall meals.
