Stumbled across a bottle of Chianti Classico the other day and it reignited my love for Italian wines. It's always intriguing how they balance fruit and acidity so well.

I find Chianti to be like the heart of Italy in a glass with those cherry and earthy notes. It's like a warm hug.

I tried mine with a classic margherita pizza and it was delightful. The simplicity of the food just let the wine stand front and center.
