Have you ever tried ice wine? I had my first taste last weekend, and it was unlike anything I've ever had before. The sweetness and concentration were on a whole new level! Who knew dessert in a glass could be so delightful?
The process of making ice wine fascinates me. Grapes are left on the vine until they freeze, then harvested and pressed while still frozen. It's a true labor of love. @Vita41
