Has anyone else tapped into the enchanted world of truffles paired with wine? I tried it at a dinner party, and it was absolutely divine. The earthy notes of the truffles made the wine choice really interesting.
It was a Pinot Noir that paired so beautifully with the rich truffle aroma. Can't get that fabulous taste out of my head!
