If you're a wine newbie, figuring out pairing is a daunting task. I used to believe red wine was only for beef and white for fish. But a good Beaujolais with a grilled salmon? Classic.

Would love to hear if anyone else had those 'aha!' moments that made them rethink wine pairing.

Pairing really is as personal as taste itself. It's so exciting to just try things without preconceived ideas.
