Tried a bottle of 2015 Bordeaux last night, and wow, it was a journey back in time! The tannins were like a time capsule, awakening in a way that felt almost historical.
I read somewhere that 2015 was a great year for Bordeaux, with perfect weather conditions. @Judson44
Wine just gets me in a way that few other things do. Every sip feels like an unraveling story.
